Well-known honey harvested in many countries. The best-known country of origin is Canada. The colour is white, sometimes whitish yellow.  

It has a sweet flavour with a typical mild caramel aftertaste. Children often love it. 

Clover honey crystallises immediately and is therefore always sold as a solid honey. Typical use: on bread.
