Hot goat cheese on honey cake

How to make

Put a few slices of Meli honey cake on an oiled baking sheet. Put a slice of soft (goat) cheese and a slice of tomato (mango, kiwi or pineapple) on each slice of honey cake. Finish with a squeeze of Meli honey. Put everything in a hot oven (200°C) and serve hot as an appetizer or dessert.

  • 2 fresh goat cheese rounds 100g (half a round per person)
  • 2 spoonfuls acacia honey
  • 1 tomato
