Return policy – Meli

Whatever your reason may be, you can return products. You can read our terms and conditions on the page below.

Within 14 days after your online purchase is delivered, you can return the products to Meli NV. To do this, send an email to info@meli.be

Return your products unused, undamaged and complete. They must be returned in the original package, along with all accessories, instructions for use and the accompanying invoice or delivery slip.

If you return products within this time time frame, you may:

a) send them back to Meli NV at your own expense and at your own risk
b) have them picked up by Meli NV if it is a shipment of over 10 kg, provided you pay for the transportation costs.

Right of withdrawal – reflection period

This provision applies exclusively to internet sales to consumers.

According to Article 47 ff. of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without any penalty and without providing a reason. The time of delivery is considered to be equal to the time of receipt. This term must allow the customer to evaluate the purchased product “as in a showroom”. Used, damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.

 If the consumer wishes to use this option, this may be done by filling out the return form, signing it and sending it to Meli NV. Within 14 days after notification of the decision to use the right of withdrawal, he must return the products in the original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, the instructions for us and the invoice and/or delivery slip, with the following options:

at his own cost and at his own risk (Meli NV will not be liable for any damage, theft or loss that may occur to the packaging or the product during the return shipment) return the products to: Meli NV;

for large shipments, have it picked up by Meli NV, with a payment of € 25, for transport costs.

A product of which the seal is broken by the consumer or which is not returned in its original packaging is not eligible for return.

For products that are the subject of successive, regular deliveries, the withdrawal period begins the day after the first delivery/receipt. For split deliveries of one and the same order, it starts from the day after the delivery/receipt of the last part of that same order.

If the consumer consents to the terms and conditions of the right to withdrawal, Meli NV will ensure a refund of the amounts paid, without delay and at the latest within 14 days after receiving the return shipment or after receiving of proof of the postage of the return shipment.
