Home-made granola
Great added value at the breakfast table: home-made granola. Delicious with yogurt, milk, or fresh fruit.
The ingredients1 tablespoon olive oil | 6 tablespoons honey | 160 g oats | ½ teaspoon cinnamon | ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt | some grated orange peel | 50 g pecans | 40 g pumpkin seeds
Instructions: Mix, bake at 140 °C for 30 minutes. Turn half-way.
Easy on-the-go salad jar
A summer-proof recipe packed with vitamins: goat cheese salad with honey-mustard dressing and red beet.
The salad 60 g cherry tomatoes, sliced | 70 g red beet (pre-cooked) | 1 apple, cubed, baked | 50 g smoked, fried bacon cubes | 30 g rucola | 50 g goat cheese | 15 g raisins
The dressing: 1 honey stick or 8 g honey | 1 tablespoon olive oil | 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar | 1 teaspoon mustard

Tip: Honey colours tea black. Serve it with a slice of lemon to make the tea look clear again.
